One of the main objectives of CPAN is to facilitate the incorporation of human resources - technical staff, postdocs, young scientists, etc.- to Spanish scientists groups in forefront research in particle physics, astroparticle and nuclear physics. Currently, the CPAN has recruited 155 technicians, graduates and postdocs which work in different Spanish groups.
